terms of service
Payment
I take payment via PayPal, only in USD. If you´re from Chile, I do accept payment via CuentaRut.
Half of the amount will be paid at the start of the process and the other half will be paid once the commission is finished.
I will not start working if I have not received the first part of the payment.
After you pay the first or last half of the payment, there are no refunds. If you decide not to continue with your commission midway through the process, you won't need to pay the final half of the amount. (Unless the piece is nearly finished)
Deadlines
The estimated time to complete a commission is 1 up to 2 weeks from the confirmation of the first payment. It relies and may increase depending on the complexity of the order, my slots, and my time. I'll let you know in case of any delay or the need for an extension.
In case the client wants a delivery time of less 1 week, an added price of 50% of the total amount is available.
Artist's rights
I, as the artist, I reserve the right to:
- Show your commission on a portfolio or on social media.
- Use the final product as a public commission example to promote my work, unless commercial rights have been bought or if the client request privacy.
You, as the costumer, may request for your commission/order to remain private.
In the case that commercial rights have been bought for any product, as the artist, I am not allowed to sell the final product as merch or profit off of the final product in any form.
Customer's Rights and the Usage of the Artwork
The commissioned artwork is intended for the client's personal use unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use for any purchase adds an additional +100% of the total price. Personal use may include: social media profile pictures/covers, layouts, wallpapers, social media posts, physical prints and/or products that are NOT for sale or distribution to any other party, etc.
If you don't own the commercial rights over the final product, as the customer, you are not allowed to profit, create merch or earn money off of the final product.
Whether you've bought commercial rights over the final product or not, you are not, under ANY circumstances, allowed to: 1. Involve my work in NFT/Crypto circles. 2. Use my work for AI training. 3. Claiming the final product as your creation. 4. Remove my signature from the final product.
If at any time you break or disobey any of these clauses without reaching an agreement with me, I, as the artist, I am entitled to add you to my public blacklist.
General information
As the artist, I reserve the right to refuse any commission I do not feel comfortable with.
All prices listed are a starting/base price. Prices may increase depending on the complexity of your character's design, concept and/or desired deadline.
I may reply within a 48 hour timeframe. If I take a couple of hours to reply It's mostly because I'm busy, but I try my best to reply as quickly as I can.
